I need to read more.  I feel well-informed of current affairs from reading various news media, but I don’t read enough books.  I used to love thumbing through books, especially historical fiction novels that had something to do with China and Mao’s Cultural Revolution.  Now I spend the majority of my day at work staring at a computer screen, only to come home to stare at a computer screen perusing through different food-related websites, my blog, and anything else of interest.

Vegetable and Shrimp Lovers Dinner!

Here’s a dinner for the vegetable and shrimp lovers…

Cooked in a large saute pan frozen mix vegetables, cut up sweet tomatoes, cut up green peppers, onions, a bag of medium size frozen shrimp and seasoned with oregano and black pepper with 2 slices of the Sara Lee Whole Wheat Thin Sliced Buns for my bread.

I was watching Chicago Best the television  show a while back it was all about pizza.  One of the host kept talking about adding truffle oil a few and how good it taste on the pizza.

Has anyone ever had it before on pizza or any other food item?

If you have never tried these I would suggest check them out , Veggie Lover’s Burger by Veggie Patch.  Only takes minutes to cook  for a quick lunch when your pressed for time.   I had this on a delicious  Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Thin Style Buns, with mustard and a few pieces of onion.
